Landis Communities is an umbrella organization dedicated to serving aging adults and their families by honoring and enriching their lives in communities of Christ-like love. Landis Homes, home to nearly 700 retired persons living in cottages, apartments, suites, personal care and healthcare, is the largest of these entities. Nearly an additional 100 persons are served on a weekly basis in one of the two adult day services centers on the campus, surrounded by farmland that is part of an agricultural preserve. A special care center serves persons with memory loss and their families. Landis at Home offers services to persons in their private homes. The Children's Learning Center provides childcare for infants through preschool all through the year. Additional housing options are being explored with the goal of making access to quality housing options available to a larger group of people both in terms of needed services and financial situations.
